 METAL FABRICATION & ERECTION:

·         Structural - shed roofs, mezzanine, Gates -Railings, Sliding Gates, walkways, ladder, Platform

·         Cranes like slewing & movable (by electric & manual chain hoist)

·         Battery casing, Storage tank (both MS & SS), Chemical mixing tank, Pressure Vessel of all size

·         We undertake Pump Room and Pipeline Erection work (including Fabrication)

·         We have independent Team & Equipments for Erection works.

·         We have facilities -electric Arc welding, Tig, Mig/Mag welding, Gas cutting & brazing, special welding for Aluminum, SS, Cl & Spot welding

MACHINE SHOP:

·         All kinds of lathe works, milling works

·         Machinery Rebuild

·         Gear making, heavy flanges and splines

·         Shaping, surface I cylindrical grinding

·         EDM (Spark erosion)

·         Manufacturing of roller (rubberized & chrome), special bush for AIC motor.

TOOLS & DIES:

·         Making new press tools -piercing, punching, lancing etc., Die sets, Injection mould as per requirement

·         Pressed components, Plastic components

·         Supply of castings -ferrous & non-ferrous materials.

SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINE:

•          Design & Manuf. Of special purpose machine -Hydraulic press, Centrifugal chemical mixing machine, Strip rolling machine & Low cost automation.

COATING:

•          Epoxy coating, Powder coating, Painting, Galvanizing, Special platting -zinc, chrome & sandblasting.

GENERAL:

•          Repairing & Reconditioning of Mechanical and Industrial Equipments, Pumps, Gear box, Ship equipments, Machine maintenance, Machine Parts

•          We are also dealing in sales -Anchor bolts, "U' bolts, special purpose bolts & clamps which is manufactured at our workshop.
